While I don't have a guitar, I tested it with a keyboard, and it seems to work perfectly. With both switches off it works as a volume pedal. With one switch on, it works as a wah. With the other switch on the "rotating sound" which sounds like a cross between a Leslie cabinet and an analogue delay -- very spooky and organic. Both effects are active when both switches are on. I have a Morley RWV 117v US version in poor condition. All that works is the volume swell.
It powers up fine but there is no wah (the bulb ?) or oilcan effect.

I'm in the UK and will post if anyone has interest. I just don't have time to restore this.

I did not use the unit, because of the danger of permanently damaging the contacts without oil.
